I have my moments….

…I just need to write them down. Conversing with my friend Jon, telling him how good his latest poem is, I mentioned how I had some pretty devent literature in this green notebook I had before the fire destroyed it. The shame of it all, was that I never typed any of it, lest someone would steal it. But seriously, isn’t that the best form of flattery? Anyway, saying that, something popped in my head…

Maybe some shit should only be said once, only be heard once, for their mere greatness will never be the same when diluted by the progressive process of retelling

I’m proud of that, because I do have my moments, but now I’m going to write them down. Imagine how the world could change, if you just had a notebook ready, to write down that revolutionary piece of art, of a word born…

Granted, you don’t NEED a notebook, ink is perfectly usable on human skin…

Dude, don’t move…the whole future of civilization depends on how well this pen writes on you…

The term Wordsmith is probably coined elsewhere, I’m too lazy right now to look it up… But as one I should have the right to determine my own title, right?

The forging of these sentences, these lyrics if you will, shall be the blade in which I destroy thine enemies
Screw the Sword, the Pen is Mightier!
More to come, I’m sure of it.

Appreciate Your Voice

Appreciate your voice,
Voice your opinion,
Tell someone off,
Literally express through telling,
Your pain, your love, your fear and your desire.

Appreciate your voice,
Through this vocal transmission,
You can open or close communication,
Hurt more than any known aggression,
Or help more than any motivation.

Appreciate your voice,
Staying silent should be a sin.
The pen is mightier?
I think not…
